In order to provide a continually improving service to all our clients and candidates, we wanted to investigate trends in electronics salaries and to explore the complex range of benefits that candidates are being offered.
This year's survey has shown a slight shift towards softer, life/work balance benefits in candidates' lists of priorities when seeking new employment - a factor that should be harnessed by existing employers when seeking to retain their most valuable staff and by anyone looking to take on high calibre individuals from outside of their own organisations.
