To setup testing equipment & test process for testing Silicon Wafers. To perform Known Good Die test, design verification and characterisation of OLED display driving circuits.

Requirements
Programming & setup of Wafer Probers & Mixed signal test equipment. Prepare and test Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and risk assessments (RA) for the testing of Wafers. Support Design Team for new wafer designs. Indentify and implement process improvement for new and existing test processes. Wafer Probe Card purchasing Characterisation of TFTs using Semiconductor Parameter Analyser (SPA). Implementing test procedures for Known Good Die. Statistical analysis of test results & calculation of yield.

Further information
Essential Degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant Physics / science, or equivalent. Ideally around 2 years direct experience in semiconductor testing or display testing. Experience of semiconductor wafer testing. Use of Wafer probe equipment & Semiconductor Parameter Analysers. Strong ATE Test experience and Knowledge. Strong electronics knowledge. Customer focussed, self motivated team player with the ability to operate in a multi disciplinary/cross functional team environment. Excellent communication skills. Flexible - able to adapt to changing project plans and company direction. Sound problem solving and Failure Analysis skills. Computer literacy is essential. Desirable Knowledge of Electroglas Probe Stations & Fairchild Sentry mixed signal tester. Knowledge of OLED displays and fabrication. Understanding of Silicon Wafer design & Manufacturing processes.
